In addition to corporate management responsibilities, Bob is actively involved in project activity throughout the firm. As a founding partner, his strong leadership and management skills ensure that we maintain and enhance our record of success in the communities we serve. He provides in-house guidance and client consultation on master planning, political coordination, finance and cost evaluation, program development, program management, historical reference, and regulatory assistance.
While his background is fairly broad across the civil engineering field, Bob has extensive insight and expertise in local groundwater problems, water supply and system operations, water district needs and finances, surveying, and construction.
A graduate of Texas A&M University (1970, Master of Science in Civil Engineering), Bob is active in numerous national, state and local organizations including the American Council of Engineering Companies, Texas Council of Engineering Companies, National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. |
