Jim Todd is a retired Vice Chairman of the A. M. Todd Group and past President of Great Spirit Ventures. Mr. Todd is now the Principal in Pale Rider LLC, a strategy consultancy. Throughout his tenure with A. M. Todd, Jim Todd played a key role in strategic business development. As executive vice president, Mr. Todd helped lead the development of the mint business, spearheading a number of initiatives such as the development of the company�s Indian subsidiary. He also had primary responsibility for the company�s citrus-related activities in Florida and Mexico. Mr. Todd helped develop the company�s Florida citrus joint venture, SunPure Ltd.; he worked with A. M. Todd�s joint venture partner to successfully transform SunPure�s juice-processing assets into Cargill CitroPure, a joint venture with Cargill. After the sale of the SunPure flavor company, Mr. Todd joined Will Rosenzweig in founding Great Spirit Ventures in 2003. Mr. Todd became a Director of the Company in 1987.
