Mr. Hardy is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck�s Denver office and a member of the firm's Litigation Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial and appellate litigation. Mr. Hardy is currently working on contract disputes in the real estate and mining industries. He also counsels clients regarding product liability issues, business negotiations and mediations on negligence and other contractual matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hardy was a law clerk for the Honorable Mary J. Mullarkey, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Colorado. He has also worked as a litigation associate at Jones Day in New York, where his practice emphasized complex commercial and securities litigation. While in law school, Mr. Hardy was a research assistant for Professor Arthur Miller. He also served as a student legal assistant for the NAACP Legal Defense Fund as part of NYU School of Law�s Capital Defender Clinic. |
