James Williams concentrates his practice in civil litigation including insurance coverage disputes, workers' compensation, product liability, commercial litigation and defamation actions. Mr. Williams has represented numerous insurance carriers in coverage disputes involving CGL, D&O and disability policies. He has also litigated numerous claims under various types of ERISA plans. Mr. Williams has handled a wide variety of commercial disputes including construction arbitrations, UCC claims and lawsuits involving business torts.
