James Lexo serves as VSE�s Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Business Development as well as CEO of Integrated Concepts and Research Corporation. In 1996 Mr. Lexo assumed his current position with ICRC which at that time was a start-up company with revenues less than $200 000. Since then revenues increased dramatically and in 2005 exceeded $100 million. ICRC was previously owned by Mr. Lexo and Koniag Inc. one of Alaska�s 13 regional native corporations recognized through an act of Congress.
Mr. Lexo has managed small to mid-sized businesses for 19 years with the past 11 years focused on federal contracting. From 1985 to 1995 he served as Vice President of International Research Group which facilitated the transfer of technology from Europe to the U.S. Prior to that position he was the Administrative Aide to Congressman Don Young of Alaska after having worked for the Republican National Committee. Mr. Lexo received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1970 from Westminster College in Pennsylvania and graduate studies in government contracting from the University of Virginia. |
