James W. Miller, a Principal at Wellington Management Group, has more than 25 years experience in human resources management, career services, executive coaching, and business management.

Before joining Wellington in 2006, Mr. Miller was a Vice President and Director of Professional Services at Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career management services company. Prior thereto, he was a Principal and Senior Consultant with Kelleher Associates, a leading regional executive career consulting firm in the Philadelphia area. At both LHH and Kelleher Associates, Mr. Miller specialized in providing comprehensive assessment and personalized career counseling, leadership consulting, executive coaching, and career development services to the firms� most senior clients from industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

With a background of 20 years in operations and senior human resources management positions with both CIGNA Corporation and CoreStates Banks (now Wachovia), Mr. Miller�s areas of expertise include executive search; talent identification, acquisition and development; career transition and outplacement; strategic workforce planning and management; employee relations, AA/EEO and diversity management; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; and assimilation coaching and workforce integration.

Mr. Miller holds a BS in Business Management, Economics, and Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Miller is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association (GVFHRA), and the Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Group (PHRPG).
