James W. Morozzi joined D&E Communications, Inc., on March 16, 2005, and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He was elected to the Board of Directors on April 28, 2005, and is a member of the Executive Committee. He had served as President of Exelon Communications from 2001 to 2004. From 1986 to 2001, he worked in various management roles at PECO Energy Company, including Business Leader/Vice President of AT&T Wireless of Philadelphia and Corporate Strategist for Corporate Planning and Development. He formerly served as chairman of the management committee of PECO Telcove Communications and as a board member of AT&T Wireless PCS of Philadelphia, LLC. Mr. Morozzi is a member of the American Management Association and the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers.
