BACKGROUND: Jim was born in the Bronx, New York. He obtained his B.S. from Florida State University in accounting and worked as a CPA for Price Waterhouse in Miami. Jim returned to Florida State University and obtained his J.D. EXPERIENCE: Jim practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties, including shopping centers, warehouses, office buildings, restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, apartments and single family subdivisions.
