James Bright is a Principal with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Globally diverse experience gained with several of the world�s major financial services organisations gives James a thorough understanding of the various cultures of major financial centres and their specific talent needs. James augments the expertise of the firm�s Global Financial Services Practice with his knowledge and experience in serving capital markets and asset management clients. He has completed a variety of senior assignments for positions in the U.S., Europe, and Asia including managing directors, group heads, and other key leadership for major banks and hedge funds. James was previously affiliated with Pelham International in London. He led the Global Prime Brokerage and Securities Finance Practice. He was also a member of the firm�s Equity Derivatives Practice. Early industry experience includes International Commodity Trading and Shipping in Geneva and the start of his banking career with S. G. Warburg in Paris. He later joined CIBC World Markets in its Fixed Income area. Based in London, he was a senior analyst and Head of Client Relationships. In these roles, his fluency in Italian and French enabled CIBC to establish and develop relationships with clients throughout Europe, as well as covering Asia. James graduated with Joint BA Honours from Royal Holloway College, London University. He is based in the firm�s London office. |
