Mr. Ciocia is a principal founder of the Company, having opened the Company�s first tax preparation office in 1981. In addition to serving the Company as its Chief Executive Officer until November 6, 2000, Mr. Ciocia is a registered representative of PCS. Mr. Ciocia holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John�s University.
