James DeCinti is an associate of Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He practices in the areas of Insurance Defense, Bad Faith Litigation, Premises Liability, Personal Injury Law, and Medical Malpractice. Mr. DeCinti is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Dauphin and Cumberland County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and United States Court of Federal Claims. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeCinti practiced with the Harrisburg insurance defense firm of Osborne & Rettig, P.C. Prior to that, he practiced for eight years with a prominent Harrisburg personal injury firm. Mr. DeCinti graduated from Wilkes University in 1987 with a B.A. in Communications. He attended the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law and graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1995. Mr. DeCinti is an adjunct professor at Central Pennsylvania College in Summerdale, Pennsylvania. He resides in East Pennsboro Township with his family and is active in youth sports. He is on the Board of Directors of the East Pennsboro Youth Athletic League where he is also Director of T-Ball and Pony Baseball. He is the Equipment Manager for the Good Shepherd Rams of the Catholic Football Association. |
