James Keim has served as a Director since March 1999 and as Head of Marketing and Sales since December 2001 and a Class II Director since June 2001. He also served as our chief operating officer from June 1998 to June 2001. From March 1995 to June 1998 Mr. Keim was a principal in Global Marketing Associates an international consulting firm. Prior to March 1995 he had been vice president of sales at Alliance Semiconductor Corporation vice president of marketing at Performance Semiconductor Corporation and worldwide linear marketing manager at Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. Mr. Keim received a bachelor of science degree in engineering from Iowa State University a master of science degree in electrical engineering and a master of business administration degree from the University of Illinois.
