James is responsible for leading the design and development of Insight Direct's products, including ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems, as well as architecture of the next generation in the continually evolving ServiceCEO product line. James gained technical and entrepreneurial notoriety early in life, as an independent shareware author with 200 customers in 12 countries by the age of fifteen. At eighteen he founded Flux Technologies, a company focused on new opportunities in online advertising, which was later acquired by Advertising.com and then AOL/TimeWarner.Prior to joining Insight Direct in 2000, James' other ventures addressed field and sales force automation needs in the pharmaceutical, automotive sales and real estate markets, giving him extensive experience bringing the latest technological advances to businesses of all sizes. |
