James Kopperson brings significant in-depth Canadian U.S. and international public company accounting financial reporting operations management and corporate finance experience to CGL. Among his most recent assignments was his role as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Corporate Development with RDM Corporation a Toronto Stock Exchange listed technology company. Prior to his corporate assignments Mr. Kopperson was a partner in a leading international accounting and management consulting practice where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions strategies public offerings and cross-border issue. He also served as Corporate Finance Manager in the Office of the Chief Accountant of the Ontario Securities Commission between 1994 and 1997. Mr. Kopperson received his Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo in 1991 and holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and Chartered Accountant (Canada). |
