James' DVD career began when DVD was still relatively new. He joined Todd-AO, the world's largest independent film company, in 1997 where he headed the DVD authoring and quality control departments. He played a major role in bringing Disney's first DVD releases to market and worked on countless Disney DVD releases including Alice In Wonderland, Toy Story 1 & 2, the deluxe boxed set - and just about everything in between. James joined Post Modern Digital in 2001 to lead the authoring department. Here, his achievements include an award-winning promotional DVD for Kawasaki, cutting-edge extreme sports DVDs for Tony Hawk and the ongoing series of Martha Stewart DVDs, as well as numerous other TV series DVDs and Hollywood home video releases.
