James McGuirk Director Mr. McGuirk served 31 years with Unisys Corporation, most recently as General Manager, North America, and before that as President of Unisys Worldwide Public Sector. He oversaw the development of sales, marketing and delivery of Unisys services and solutions within state, local and central governments worldwide. This team combined the best-of-breed services, software and hardware to deliver complete information solutions that helped governments improve both services and efficiency. After retiring from Unisys, Mr. McGuirk served as Vice President of Worldwide Government for Siebel Systems, Inc.Mr. McGuirk holds a bachelor�s degree in mathematics from Duquesne University. He is Chairman of the Information Technology Investment Board for the Commonwealth of Virginia, Member of the Council on Virginia�s Future, Duquesne University Century Club for Distinguished Graduates, and former Chairperson of the Fairfax Falls Church United Way. In 1999, he received the Federal Computer Week Eagle Award for his significant contribution to the Federal Government information technology community. |
