James Mulligan has over 20 years of experience in business management, financial management, project management, business operations, systems analysis and design, computer information systems, and accounting. Jim�s extensive background includes project management; business systems analysis, design and reengineering; business process management; financial systems; policies and procedures development; strategic planning; balanced scorecard; ABC/M; and regulatory compliance. His areas of technology expertise include IT strategic planning; IT assessment; IT management; software selection and implementation; custom application design and development; IT security; and disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Jim received his BS degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is a member of the Arizona Technology Council, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, the Society for Information Management, the IEEE, the IEEE Computer Society, Arizona Business Leadership, and the Arizona State University Department of Information Systems Professional Advisory Board. |
