Mr. O'Donovan has been Chairman since April 2005 and Chief Executive Officer since April 2000 of Wolverine World Wide, Inc., a company in the business of manufacturing and marketing footwear products. Mr. O�Donovan has been a Director of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. since 1993 and serves on the Board of Directors of Spartan Stores, Inc. and the Grand Rapids Symphony. He has been a Director of Kaydon since July 2005. Mr. O'Donovan is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors. |
