James Jim Pitts joined AGL Resources in January of 2007 as vice president of midstream services. Jim is responsible for asset development of midstream projects and the operations of midstream assets, including JISH and the Golden Triangle Storage project in Beaumont, Texas, which is currently in development.
Since February of 2005, Jim has provided consulting services to AGL Resources for development and operation of salt dome storage related assets. In his capacity as a consultant, Jim has been responsible for operation of the JISH facility since January 2006.
Jim�s career in the natural gas industry began at Kinder Morgan after obtaining a BSEE from Texas Tech University. Jim left Kinder Morgan after completing 28 years of service in various operations and engineering assignments with the last position held as vice president of engineering. Jim is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
Jim is now located in AGL Recources� Houston office and has recently moved his family from Littleton, Colorado to Spring, Texas. |
