James Rebarchak has a general civil litigation practice concentrated in business and commercial law, employment law and insurance defense. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and earned his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1982 and the Mississippi State Bar in 2004. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Rebarchak was an Assistant Attorney General of the State of Alabama.
