Mr. Renna currently serves as a Lead Financial Expert for the Cerberus Operations Team. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Renna held several senior level positions in both the telecommunications and energy industries. Most recently, he was the Corporate Vice President of MCI where he was responsible for overseeing significant parts of MCI�s restatement and the company�s plan of reorganization during its bankruptcy proceedings. Both the restatement and plan of reorganization were the largest in corporate history. While at MCI, Mr. Renna was also responsible for rebuilding the financial controls and processes of the company, reducing 93 Material Weaknesses to 0 in the span of one and a half years. Over the course of his business career, Mr. Renna has also managed sales, regulatory, corporate development/M&A and financial planning and analysis functions. Mr. Renna earned his BS from Princeton University and his MBA from Duke University. |
