As CEO and Chief Investment Officer for Beacon Investment Company, Jim is responsible for Beacon�s investment processes and personnel as well as the day-to-day operations and overall investment strategies. Jim has 22 years of investment management experience.

Prior to joining Beacon, he founded a fixed income-based hedge fund company, ARB Capital Management, which he has now merged into Telemus/Beacon. Prior to that, he served as Chairman & CEO of Munder Capital Management from 1999-2004. For the previous 12 years he designed, developed and built Munder�s fixed income capabilities as that firm�s Chief Investment Officer.

Jim holds an MBA with honors from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a BBS in Finance and Economics with honors from Wayne State University.
