Mr. Simon is a 20-year career Army officer. He was the driving force for the publicly seen Be All You Can Be Army marketing campaign. After leaving active duty, he was recruited by AMR/American Airlines as the principal marketing communications officer and new business development executive. While at American Airlines, he conceptualized, designed, developed and executed the marriage of the first airline loyalty program with a credit card. In 1993, he started a consulting business specializing in helping companies grow, enhancing customer service, fixing the fundamentals, and developing innovative strategic opportunities. He was a National Trustee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a National Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America. He received his BGS, Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska and his MS, Mass Communications degree from the University of Kansas. Mr. Simon became a director of the Company in August, 2007. |
