James comes to Torrent from the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce where he managed an annual operating budget of over $15m dollars. Previously, he served as Controller for Tiny Computers, Ltd. where he effectively scaled over 400-percent growth. James is a highly motivated accounting and finance professional with ten-plus years of experience in controllership duties, day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting and forecasting. James has been commended for his ability to help management maintain solid growth through smart financial stewardship.

James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with specialties developed in accounting and finance from Washington State University. James is a member of the Washington State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
