Dr. Jim Winchester comes to RCCS with 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense business and is a former Vice President of Northrop Grumman's Woodland Hills Navigation Systems Division, where he oversaw three business areas involved in space products, military inertial products and commercial avionics. In his former position, Dr. Winchester was also responsible for the MobileVu law enforcement business activities at RCCS before L-3's acquisition of the business from Northrop Grumman. Prior to Northrop Grumman's acquisition of Litton, Dr. Winchester ran Litton's AeroProducts and Canadian Systems Divisions. Since leaving Northrop Grumman, Dr. Winchester has owned and run a small avionics business. Dr. Winchester holds a BS degree in Engineering/Applied Physics and a PhD in Computer Science. |
