Jim directed concept planning, design management, construction management and FF&E for major studio entertainment firms as well as exclusive hotel and resort properties in the Caribbean Islands. In this role he negotiated and managed the design and construction team including conceptual project budgeting and analysis, estimating, value engineering, scheduling, contract negotiation, quality control and coordination with civic and government agencies. In addition, he managed the concept planning, design and construction management of the independently operated food, beverage and resort activity facilities projects as well as directed and managed hotel and resort project interior design consultants in budgeting, purchasing and scheduling of all FF&E functions.
