Jami Farris handles cases for plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and arbitrates before the American Arbitration Association and the National Arbitration Forum.
Ms. Farris advises and represents clients in a wide range of issues, including:
Internet disputes
Licensing disputes
Consumer disputes
Motor Vehicle Act
Construction
Contract disputes
Securities
Tort actions arising out of business relationships
Other general commercial disputes
Ms. Farris is admitted to practice before the United States Courts for the Middle, Western and Eastern Districts of North Carolina, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Federal, Fourth and Seventh Circuits.
While at the University of North Carolina, Ms. Farris was the articles editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation.
