Jamie T. Engen, 42, was appointed Chairman of the Board in May 2005. Mr. Engen continues as President and CEO of the company since that appointment in November 2000. Prior to such appointment, Mr. Engen served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Engen oversaw the European operations of the Company. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Engen was a Senior Vice President of Price Waterhouse, a public accounting firm (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), specializing in the restructuring and refinancing of companies. Prior to joining Price Waterhouse, Mr. Engen's background included being the executive producer of a mini-series, which was sold to ESPN, and the producer/publisher of other sports-related productions. Mr. Engen has several years of experience as a chartered accountant for Price Waterhouse, and five years as a freelance sound consultant specializing in the design and equalization of large sound systems in stadiums, arenas, and convention centers. Mr. Engen holds the professional designation of Chartered Accountant, granted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. |
