Jamie Boyd is a Vice President at Cascadia Capital focusing on sustainable technology companies. He originates, manages and executes all facets of M&A, private equity and debt placement, as well as corporate-finance related transactions. Boyd has advised early-stage companies in the clean, green space as well as later-stage enterprises seeking project financing in the geo-thermal and bio-fuel spaces. Prior to joining Cascadia, Boyd was an attorney with the international law firm Dechert LLP, where he worked on M&A, corporate finance and securities, private equity, venture capital, joint venture and restructuring transactions across all industry sectors. During his career, Boyd has advised private and public companies as well as private equity investors on transactions both domestically and abroad. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, a J.D. as a Thomas More Scholar from Gonzaga University School of Law, and an L.L.M. degree in international law from New York University School of Law. |
