For the past twenty years, Mr. Macintosh has been involved in the analysis, financing and management of early-stage public and private companies. He is currently President, COO and a Director of Innovium Capital Corp. (formerly Agritek Bio Ingredients Corporation), a public company with investments in innovative early-stage opportunities.
Mr. Macintosh is a Director of CablesEdge Software Inc., the developer of Voice on the Go. He is also Director of Macbairn Holdings (a private family real estate company). Mr. Macintosh has held senior management positions in a number of early-stage public and private companies in a variety of sectors including high technology, software development, mining and mineral exploration. He also spent six years in the stock brokerage business as a research analyst. Mr. Macintosh is actively involved in a number of community organizations and charities. |
