Jan Salsgiver is Executive Vice President, Arrow Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America (EMEASA), and Corporate Vice President, Supplier Marketing.
During her more than 20 years with Arrow, Salsgiver has held a number of significant leadership positions including President, Arrow/Zeus; President, Arrow/Schweber; and President, North American Components (NAC), a leading provider of semiconductor, passive, electro-mechanical, and connector products and services to original equipment manufacturers and contract manufacturers. As NAC President, Salsgiver integrated several newly acquired businesses, built state-of-the-art supply chain capabilities, consolidated staffing and strengthened the senior management team.
Most recently she was Corporate Vice President, Global Strategy and Operations, where she was responsible for Arrow�s strategy and business development, supply chain and logistics capabilities, global supplier marketing and corporate communications.
Salsgiver began her career in sales with IBM after receiving a bachelor's degree in economics from Cornell University and a master�s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School. She is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and a member of the Center for Corporate Innovation, a national educational forum of corporate CEOs. |
