Jane Durney Crowley has served Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP) since 2000 as Executive Vice President. CHP is led by an innovative President/CEO who formed the Lead the Ministry Team in 2004, which is comprised of Ms. Crowley, the COO and the President/CEO. Together they work closely with CHP's Board of Trustees and Executive Management Team to develop and implement strategy to strengthen the ministry. Specifically, Ms. Crowley has responsibility for the corporate functions of Quality, Information Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Insurance, and Physician/Payor Services.
Prior to joining CHP, Ms. Crowley held increasingly more responsible positions in the Bon Secours Health System, serving as a hospital administrator, on the corporate staff in marketing and operations, and as chief executive officer of Bon Secours Baltimore Health System. In 1997, she was selected as one of Healthcare Forum�s International Emerging Leaders, and in 1998, Modern Healthcare magazine named Ms. Crowley to its annual list of young healthcare administrators designated as Up & Comers. She has a passion for Catholic healthcare, is values-centered and finds a mission focus to be motivational. An inclusive leader, she blends analysis with a highly relational style.
Ms. Crowley earned a bachelor of science with Honors in nursing from the University of North Carolina and a master�s of health administration from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University. |
