Jane Bishop serves as an associate consultant for Noel-Levitz, bringing her strong research and measurement experience to enrollment management. She is currently vice president of enrollment management and marketing at Silver Lake College (WI). Previously, Dr. Bishop has served as vice president of enrollment management and marketing at Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland, Wisconsin. In that position, she was responsible for all initiatives in the areas of enrollment management including lead generation, recruitment, and retention. Under her leadership, enrollment increased by 10 percent, the highest in ten years, and retention reached 87 percent.
Presentations and education:
Dr. Bishop has made several national presentations in the areas of enrollment management, institutional effectiveness, measurement, and the application of Malcolm Baldrige Education Criteria to higher education. Venues include the North American Enrollment Management Institute, North Central Association of Higher Learning Commission, Association of Community College Trustees, and the American Technical Education Association. Dr. Bishop received her Ph.D. from Marquette University (WI). |
