Jane Rode is Senior Vice President, Finance for The Nielsen Company's Product Leadership and Media Client Service organizations. In this role, she provides global financial support and guidance to these key areas of the Nielsen business. She is based in New York.
Prior to her current role, Jane served as Chief Financial Officer of Nielsen Media Research from 2004-2007. Before that, Jane was Vice President, Financial Business Partner, from 2002-2004, with responsibility for Nielsen Media Research's strategic planning process, the development of flexible financial models for major growth initiatives and contract management. From 1995-2001, she was Vice President, Financial Analysis, with responsibility for the management of the overall revenue budget and forecasting process. Prior to that, she was Director of Finance from 1990-1994, with responsibility for the coordination of financial reporting and audits.
Before joining Nielsen Media Research in 1990, Jane held various senior financial positions with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, including Assistant Controller for Moody's Investor Services and Budget Manager for Donnelley Directory.
Jane holds a BS in Accounting from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York. |
