Janeen Kastner was elected vice president - corporate benefits and risk management in October 2007. In this position she is responsible for supervising, planning and managing RPM's benefits and risk management policies and operations. Ms. Kastner had been the company's director of human resources and administration since 2000. She joined RPM in 1997 as manager of benefits and insurance.
