Janel joined Bukaty Companies as a Client Service Specialist in April 2006. She is responsible for assisting clients with the day-to-day administrative and service issues concerning large group health insurance including claims, billing, ID card requests, and enrollment issues. Previously, Janel worked as a customer service representative and insurance consultant for a local pharmacy.
