Janene Panfil serves Noel-Levitz as senior vice president for retention solutions. She provides leadership and oversight of the firm�s tools for student success, including early-alert systems, student assessment instruments, advisor training, and quality service training.
Ms. Panfil not only manages current retention tools, but also works on enhancing these products and services for campuses, identifying new tools for student success, and also helps manage multi-campus projects. She played an instrumental role in implementing online versions of the Retention Management System and Student Satisfaction Inventory, and is currently exploring online enhancements to other Noel-Levitz retention products.
In addition to these responsibilities, Ms. Panfil manages the creation and completion of contracts with both client campuses and external corporate partners.Ms. Panfil earned an M.A. and a J.D. from the University of Iowa. |
