With her current focus on Marketing and Business Development, Janet has been integral to OZ's management for over two decades, including her position on the Board of Directors and management of the Colorado Springs and Boulder Studios. Janet's experience over the years includes acting as OZ's Chief Financial Officer, Human Resources Manager, Director of the Project Management Committee and IT Committee, and member of the Executive Steering Committee. She also leads project development opportunities, including speculative office buildings and multi-family housing. Other accomplishments at OZ include installation of a Financial Management System offering extensive project and corporate budgeting capabilities as well as productivity analyses, automated billing features, forecasting, and networking between OZ's many offices. Her involvement in various civic groups in the Boulder area is an added asset to the firm. |
