Janet Baker is Senior Vice President, Client Services. She completed a master's degree in human resources management at Troy State University in December 1995, and she also earned a bachelor's of science degree in management from Troy State, graduating magna cum laude in 1994.
She joined Aflac in 1982 and has held various positions, including Second Vice President, Human Resources, and Second Vice President, Client Services. She was appointed Vice President, Marketing Services, in June 1999, and Vice President, Account Implementation and Management, in July 2002. She was named to her current position in October 2004.
Ms. Baker is active in her church and the Kiwanis Club. Baker has held board positions with the YMCA and the American Red Cross. She is the past president of the Golden K Kiwanis Club in Columbus and past president of Altrusa International a community organization directed at building leadership skills for women and addressing literary issues within the city. |
