As the strategic director of Human Resources, Janet provides leadership in creating and implementing policies and practices that address recruitment, benefits, compensation, employment law, and employee development.
By combining a broad knowledge of human resources with a comprehensive understanding of the company, Janet believes Human Resources can significantly contribute to achieving corporate objectives. She has over 20 years of Human Resource experience in research, manufacturing, financial, telecom, and high-tech organizations.
Janet holds an M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. She achieved SPHR (Senior Human Resources Professional) lifetime designation from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
