Janet Lephart joined Nu Skin in 1994 as a Senior Scientist in Product Development, and from 1998 to 2000 she served as Director of Product Management. Prior to joining Nu Skin, Lephart was a project director in new product development for Novartis Pharmaceutical Co. and was director of Internal Medicine/Endocrinology Research Laboratories at Southwestern Medical School. She has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Texas, where she graduated cum laude.
