Janet Taylor is the Director of Safety and Quality for KMMS. She has 13 years of experience in Transload operations. She has been the Manager of Customer Service, Director of Quality Assurance and Training, and is now responsible for safety and quality. Janet uses her customer service and training expertise to develop and implement new procedures, processes and programs relating to Safety and Quality. She also oversees the weekly safety/quality program and chairs a weekly incident call with all terminal managers, where root cause and corrective actions are discussed for incidents, near misses and any customer complaint. Janet has also served as the subject matter expert and led the testing and implementation of TRANSFLO�s inventory management and billing system. Janet is currently working with Kinder Morgan's Information Technology group to build an internet-based inventory management and billing system for KMMS. |
