Janette is a ten-year veteran of the staffing industry having joined Ajilon in 1998 as Branch Manager for the City of Industry office. While in that role, she developed her own sales territory and solicited all levels of business. Her branch grew by over 100% three years in a row and was nominated for Branch of the Year in 2001 and 2002. As a result of her success, she opened an Ajilon Office division and led it to profitability within three months! She was honored as Branch Manager of the Year in 2002. In 2003 Janette was promoted to Area Vice President for Ajilon Office in Southern California to help establish it as a major player in administrative and office support staffing. She hired, trained and developed a number of the company�s top account managers and staffing managers, while continuing to lead Southern California to great success. Beginning in 2005, Janette moved into an RVP role for Ajilon Finance. She is now a Senior Vice President overseeing the entire East Coast for Ajilon and will continue to help drive the business in her new region. Janette has contributed her talents to various local and regional training sessions, sits on a number of company-wide task forces and is a key member of Ajilon�s new training team as the company continues to change and evolve to remain competitive. |
