Janice A. Jones as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services is responsible for overseeing all of ICT Group�s quality assurance compliance licensing and training functions on a worldwide basis. Additionally she oversees Corporate facilities in support of the Company�s continued development and expansion initiatives at its onshore near-shore and offshore operations. Ms. Jones joined the Company in August 1988 and has held of series of increasingly responsible leadership positions during her tenure. Prior to joining ICT Group she spent 10 years as a training manager for a major national retail firm and three years as operations manager for a large office supply and printing company. She attended Temple University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. |
