Janice Cook Roberts is a member of the Board of Trustees of Centerline Holding Company (NYSE:CHC), the parent company of Centerline Capital Group. Ms. Roberts is a Director of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. ("KKR"), where she is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Roberts was Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President of the New York City Investment Fund, a $115 million civic venture fund that was founded by Henry R. Kravis. Before joining the New York City Investment Fund, Ms. Roberts was employed by MCA/Universal (now owned by NBC/Universal), serving as Executive Director of the International division. Ms. Roberts was previously with Bankers Trust Company in its Corporate Finance Department. Ms. Roberts received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and her Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Ms. Roberts is a member of Centerline Holding Company's Audit and Investment Committees. |
