Janice L. Fields 52 is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of McDonald�s USA LLC a subsidiary of McDonald�s Corporation the world�s leading global foodservice retailer. She served as President McDonald�s Central Division from 2003 to 2006. Ms. Fields was elected to the Monsanto board in April 2008 and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee the Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility Committee and the Science and Technology Committee.
