As Seniorlink�s Director of Clinical Services, Janice Masi manages all clinical aspects of Seniorlink�s business. She supervises Seniorlink�s professional care advisory staff, national care manager network and the delivery of its care management services. Ms. Masi also has been a key contributor in the development and launch of the Caregiver Homes program. She oversees the clinical process and overall program performance and quality, including the recruitment and training of caregivers. Ms. Masi�s professional experience has been in developing operations systems in healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Seniorlink, she was a regional manager for Prism Rehab Systems, a national sub-acute rehabilitation company. Ms. Masi also has held senior management positions at Eastern Rehabilitation Network, Advanced Rehab Systems and National Rehabilitation Management Group. Ms. Masi has extensive knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation, treatment of traumatic brain injury and the implementation of clinical programming in settings across the continuum of care. Ms. Masi received a Master�s degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University and a Bachelor�s degree from the University of Massachusetts. |
