As Vice President of External Affairs, Janice Partyka is responsible for strategic relationships with specific key customers, media, industry analysts, regulatory and legislative bodies, and industry groups.

Ms. Partyka has over 15 years of marketing and product development experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining TechnoCom, she headed JGP & Associates, consulting to leading vehicle manufacturers on the development and market launch of mobile communications and computing products. Ms. Partyka has also served as Product Manager at Worlds of Wonder, where she managed electronic toy products. Earlier, Ms. Partyka worked as Product Planner at Memorex for the computer development group.

Ms. Partyka obtained her MBA degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. She has written articles for "Management Science/Operations Research Today." Ms. Partyka has served as a member of the board of directors of the E9-1-1 Institute, which supports the work of the U.S. Congressional E9-1-1 Caucus to ensure implementation of wireless E911.
