Jared is a partner in the business law department. He focuses his practice on federal, state and local taxation, including creating and implementing tax-efficient structures for the firm's clients. In addition, Jared works in conjunction with the estate planning and administration practice group on tax matters relating to estate planning and estate administration. He is a member of the limited liability companies and partnerships practice group.
