Mr. Brooner is an associate in the Firm's General Business practice. He assists clients in numerous corporate matters including the formation of partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and joint ventures, sales, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brooner is also a member of the Firm's Health Care Business Group and advises clients on matters of regulatory and corporate health care law.
